Morocco Tour Itinerario

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Valley of the Roses – Dades Gorges

For the first day of this trip make sure to get up on time , your driver will pick you up at around 08:00 am from your accommodation and hit the road to Sahara , as soon as we leave Marrakech landscapes will begin to change drastically, we’ll drive by the Tizi n Tichka mountain pass (its height could reach to more than 2600m ) , for our first stop it will be the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah a world wide heritage site declared by the unesco , it is an ancient castle situated in the outskirts of Ouarzazat it now serves as a filming location for numerous Hollywood movies , it attracts many passionates about ancient and antique architecture , we’ll have lunch there and get on the road again this time towards Dades valley , passing by Skoura palmery and roses village , for overnight and dinner they’ll be held in a local riad or Hotel in somewhere near Dades valley close to mother nature .

Day 2: of the Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

After having breakfast we’ll depart from the current hotel and drive through the 1000 Kasbah road , such a long yet magical route , after crossing more than 45 kms we’ll be found in Tinghir full of Jewish quarters and palm groves , we’ll also pass by Todgha gorges , wander in its high unique canyons ,a one destination for rock climb lovers , and then on again we drive up to Merzouga Sahara , before arriving we’ll stop by Erfoud to have lunch and get to Erg chebbi sand dunes , camels and our team will be waiting  for you and as sun  sets we’ll be already embarking on our brief journey ,up the sand « hills »after that we’ll arrive to the nomad camp where we will spend the night in ,and have dinner among festive atmosphere filled with berber drums , camp fire and oh boy it is a quite lovely opportunity for you to excel your photography skills .

Day 3 : Merzouga – Ouarzazate

In the drifting breeze of the morning , wake up and enjoy sunrise over Erg chebian sand dunes ,after that we’ll have breakfast at the camp and trek camel back to the hotel take a shower and pack up ,we’ll visit Rissani a small village in the outskirts of Merzouga ,we’ll make sure to visit the fossil workshops , and then we proceed towards Agdez and Draa valley up eastwards we’ll drive by some small volcanic mountains and Atlas ones until we arrive to Ouarzazat , dinner and overnight will be held in a cozy small hotel .

Day 4 : Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After having breakfast we’ll wander in the streets of this town ,we’ll visit the worldwide studios up there , and famous film locations in which many splendide movies were shot , we’ll also drive up to Ait benhadou Kasbah another famous filming location , it is actually a world heritage site from unesco in 1987 , it is originally a large castle that dates back to the 17th century , you can admire the wild and typical traditional southern architecture that dominated a certain era ,we’ll afterwards continue the tour this time to Marrakech we’ll firstly pass by Tizi n Tichka and High atlas mountains , where we’ll have lunch and stop at to rejuvenate , our final stop is at the airport .
